IMPORTANT FORMS AND DATES

Letter of Recommendation Request Form. Please remember to attach your resume, and give teachers at least four weeks' notice.

OCTOBER 13

 

 

• Due date for students applying to UCAS  universities  early (Oxbridge, Medicne, Dentistry and Vet. Medicine) to complete their UCAS applications and press "PAY/SUBMIT" in order to forward their application to the Counseling Office.

 

 

• Due date for students applying Early Decision / Early Action to bring Document Request forms* to the Counseling Office

 

 

NOVEMBER  21

 

• Due date for students applying Regular Decision to bring Document Request forms* to the Counseling Office for all universities with application deadlines BEFORE MARCH 1

 

 

DECEMBER  5

 

• Due date for students applying Regular UCAS to complete their UCAS applications and press "PAY/SUBMIT" in order to forward their application to the College Office.

 

 

 

* You will need to submit one document request form for for EACH university to which you are applying.
